The Netherlands have strict policies regarding the realization of offset projects in case of foreign defense procurement. The effectuation of these policies is realized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MEA).

ILTO b.v. advises and supports regarding the set up and realization of offset packages, making use of its wide international network, covering not only the defense sphere but also industry and technology centres.
